Course Overview
Web applications in use today are designed to interact with users, present relevant content or offer access to different types of services. Almost anything we access today is a web application of sorts hosted on web servers access via mobile devices, tablets, phones or our laptops. In reality web applications might connect to back-end databases to source complex datasets and dynamically generate results that are eventually presented via the browser. This course serves as an introduction to the development of simple browser-based, web applications through the integration of HTML/CSS, with client-side scripting languages and other related technologies.
